TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF McPHILLIPS STATION CASINO

Definitions
"Casino" means McPhillips Station Casino, a government-operated casino located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada;"Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries" (MBLL) refers to the Crown corporation that owns and operates the casino on behalf of the provincial government;
Age Restriction
To access the premises and participate in gaming activities at the Casino, you must be 18 years or older.
Patron Identification
Upon entering the Casino, patrons will be required to provide valid photo identification verifying their age and identity as a condition of entry.
Responsible Gaming
a) Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries promotes responsible gaming practices through its GameSense program.
b) Patrons are encouraged to voluntarily limit their gaming activities or seek assistance from the Casino's staff if they suspect any issues related to problem gambling.
Casino Rules and Regulations
The operation of the casino is subject to provincial regulations, applicable laws and MBLL policies which can be obtained upon request at the casino premises.
Gaming Limitations
a) Slot machines are available for use from 9:00 AM to 3:00 AM daily.
b) Table games operate from 10:00 AM to 2:30 AM on Mondays to Thursdays, and 24 hours a day on Fridays to Sundays and statutory holidays.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the casino operations will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
a) These terms may be amended from time to time without prior notice by MBLL, which amendments become effective on publication at the Casino's premises.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal law of Canada applicable thereto.
Disputes
a) Any disputes arising out or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules then prevailing of the Dispute Resolution Institute, according to its rules as amended from time to time for Ontario jurisdiction.
